Mark is a Partner in the Property Team at Saunders Robinson Brown.

Mark has been in practice since 1989 in a variety of private practice and corporate roles. He offers practical and sound advice across all aspects of property law and assists property owners, managers and small developers through all the issues and matters which arise from buying and selling property. He also advises clients on the structuring of companies and other business entities and assists with the formation of trusts for both personal and business purposes.

Mark is also an experienced sports lawyer, acting for a number of high profile sports people, and serving as a commissioner on disciplinary bodies for sports organisations. He has advised sports bodies and Not for Profit organisations on issues of governance and structuring.

Mark has worked for legal firms in Auckland and Melbourne. He joined Saunders Robinson Brown in 2001 and became a Partner in 2004.
