Negotiating contracts and advising clients on insurer-managed repairs and rebuilds.
Acting for sub-trades to negotiate their contractual position regarding security and payments when contracting with a lead contractor.
Advising clients on disputes arising under construction contracts.
Acting for clients in adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act.
Advised clients on the NZS 3910 Construction Contracts Act during construction of Spark Square (Christchurch) and Invercargill Central developments.
