Cameron is an Associate in the Trusts & Estates and Family Teams at Saunders Robinson Brown.

Cameron advises clients on a wide range of trust and relationship property matters including trust formation, restructuring and administration, as well as separations, Contracting Out Agreements, asset planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Wills and Occupation Right Agreements.

Cameron graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing). After completing his studies, Cameron worked in Legal and Compliance for an investment bank in New York and London. Since returning home to Christchurch, Cameron worked as an in-house solicitor for an independent trustee company.

  • Advising clients on Contracting Out Agreement arrangements under the Property (Relationships) Act 1976.

  • Successfully negotiating the division of relationship property on separation.

  • Advising high wealth clients on alternate ownership structures for estate planning purposes.

  • Advising charitable trusts and organisations on variation and compliance matters.
