He specialises in company law, commercial property matters and business sale and purchases. Nick also acts for a number of rural clients and advises them in relation to farm sale and purchases, restructuring and succession and general rural law.
Nick graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2010 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology). He joined Saunders Robinson Brown as a solicitor in April 2011 and was appointed a partner in October 2018.
Nick has a particular expertise in company law, advising clients in respect of shareholder disputes, drafting and implementing shareholder agreements, share sales and restructures and company succession. Nick has also acted on a number of large business sale and purchases for both vendors and purchasers. Additionally, Nick has an extensive property background both in commercial and rural, acting for a number of commercial property developers and advising on medium to large scale commercial developments and subdivisions, commercial and farm sale and purchases.
Nick also has a particular interest in sports law and has advised sporting organisations on their constitutions and structuring.
