Clare Boss
Legal Executive
Clare is a member of our Property Team. She is a registered legal executive and predominantly assists clients with residential property sales and purchases.
Clare has worked in the legal profession for more than 10 years. She became a registered legal executive in 2004. Clare has previously worked for law firms in the Nelson and Wellington regions.
She joined Saunders Robinson Brown in 2014 and is a member of our Property Team. She acts for clients on all manner of residental property sales and purchases. She also assists clients with arranging finance for property purchases, as well as advising them on their obligations in respect of loan documentation.
Some of Clare's recent work includes:
- Advising clients in respect of both purchasing and selling residential and commercial property
- Advising clients in relation to any ancillary matters that arise as part of the sale or purchase of a property
- Preparing special conditions for property sale and purchase agreements
- Preparing subdivision documentation
- Assisting with arranging finance on behalf of clients
- Member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives
