Rebecca is a Partner in the Commercial Team at Saunders Robinson Brown.

She specialises in corporate and commercial law and can assist with all company, commercial and business-related matters including structuring, share sale and purchases, refinancing, shareholder agreements, leasing, commercial property and business sales and purchases. Rebecca has clients in a wide variety of sectors including health, retail, education, technology, industrial, franchising, and property development. She acts for companies of all sizes, limited partnerships and incorporated societies.  

In addition, Rebecca has expertise in consumer law and has assisted many large clients with the implementation of supply chain agreements such as terms of trade, distribution agreements and manufacturing agreements.

She also has a particular interest in intellectual property and can assist with intellectual property and brand protection including trademarking. 

Rebecca graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology).

She joined Saunders Robinson Brown's Commercial Team in June 2016.

  • Advising a large health care provider on commercial matters including the acquisition of various businesses, leasing and development of commercial property.

  • Advising a limited partnership consisting of over 20 limited partners on operational and structural matters.

  • Assisting developers in large acquisitions of land.

  • Advising and assisting various clients in manufacturing, distribution and supply agreements with overseas parties.

  • Advising clients on leasing, franchising, business and company structuring and undertakings.

  • Advising and assisting various clients with intellectual property protection in New Zealand and overseas.
