Elyse is an Associate in the Trusts & Estates Team at Saunders Robinson Brown.

She specialises in trusts and estate planning law. She assists clients with preparing wills and enduring powers of attorney, advising and attending on Trust administration and structuring, and advising on retirement village matters (including Occupation Right Agreements).

Throughout Elyse’s experience advising various types of clients, she particularly enjoys working closely with them to ensure their asset structures and estate plans reflect their intentions and will work best for themselves, and loved ones now and in the future.

After completing her studies, Elyse worked for another Canterbury law firm for two years, as a solicitor in their Commercial and Property Team.

Elyse graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology.
