Emma Morgan

She assists a variety of clients (including first home buyers) with all aspects of residential property, including sales, purchases and refinancing. She also acts for developers completing sub-divisions.

She has worked at several prestigious law firms in Canterbury, and joined the Property team at Saunders Robinson Brown in 2016. She works out of our Rangiora office and has over 13 years experience in law.

She graduated from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand with a Legal Executive Diploma in 2014.  

Notable experience

• Acting for individual clients on residential property sale, purchases and refinancing.

• Acting for a developer on a 10 lot semi-rural subdivision in North Canterbury.

• Acting for a developer for a conversion of cross-lease titles to fee simple.

• Acting for a developer on a subdivision involving a boundary adjustment and amalgamation in North Canterbury.

• Acting in relation to sales of vineyards in North Canterbury and Central Otago.

• Acting in relation to sales of property with settlements under the On-Sold earthquake claim programme.
