Caitlin is a Registered Legal Executive - Associate in the Property Team at Saunders Robinson Brown. 

She assists clients with all aspects of property matters including purchases, sales, and refinancing. She also has a special interest in property sharing arrangements.

She has been working in the legal sector since 2009 in various areas of law. She completed her Legal Executive Diploma in 2020 and is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canterbury. 

Caitlin joined Saunders Robinson Brown in 2023.  She is based in our Rangiora Office. 

Notable Experience 

  • Acting for a variety of clients on residential property purchases, sales and refinancing. 

  • Assisting clients with Kāinga Ora Home Ownership Products, including Second-Chance Home Buyer Eligibility and First Home Partner. 

  • Advising clients in relation to Land and Build Packages and Turnkey Agreements. 

  • Assisting in variety of general property matters.
