Caitlin is a Registered Legal Executive in the Property Team at Saunders Robinson Brown.
She assists clients in a variety of property matters including purchases, sales and refinancing.
She has been working in the legal sector for 14 years in various areas of law. She completed her Legal Executive Diploma in 2020 and is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canterbury.
Caitlin joined Saunders Robinson Brown in 2023. She is based in our Rangiora Office.
Notable Experience
Acting for individual clients on residential property purchases, sales and refinancing.
Assisting clients with Kāinga Ora Home Ownership Products, including Second-Chance Home Buyer Eligibility, First Home Grant and First Home Partner.
Advising clients in relation to Land and Build Packages and Turnkey Agreements.
Assisting in general property matters.
