Celyn Fenwick

He is responsible for the design and delivery of strategies that foster the firm's positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. The People team spans the full spectrum of human resource and organisational development activities, helping ensure SRB brings out the best in every member of our team.

Celyn has over fifteen years’ experience in human resources related roles in a range of roles, from the primary sector, governmental, to insurance. He graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Education and Graduate Diploma of Teaching and Learning and completed a Post Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management through Massey University.
