Emma van der Kley

Emma has a particular focus on reviewing Trust structures and providing advice following the enactment of the Trusts Act 2019 as well as assisting clients with succession planning including preparing and advising on Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She works with our clients to put in place plans that work for them whilst also managing the fluid nature of their legal needs. 

Emma’s industry experience and empathetic and personalised approach helps ensure our clients can be at ease and achieve the right outcome for their individual needs.

Emma graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science and Psychology.
