Nicola Le Bourgeois

In her role, she leads and supports the finance team, whist overseeing the firm’s core financial operations. Her portfolio includes managing both Firm and Practice accounts, as well as supervising Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

Throughout her career, Nicola has built extensive expertise by managing financial operations across a diverse range of sectors, including local government, Big 4 professional services, Trans-Tasman recruitment, premium viticulture, and most recently, the legal sector.

Nicola qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (CA) with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2017. In 2019, she relocated from Jersey in the Channel Islands to New Zealand through a Big 4 professional services transfer, bringing her wealth of international experience with her.
