Vanessa specialises in employment law and advises clients on the full breadth of employment matters from the beginning of the employment relationship through to termination, including any disputes that may arise. Vanessa enjoys working with her clients to find pragmatic solutions to employment relationship problems, backed with the skills and experience to manage disputes through the Court process when necessary.
Prior to joining Saunders Robinson Brown in 2018, Vanessa worked in the litigation team of another Christchurch law firm and then overseas in the UK for Cambridgeshire County Council, as an in-house solicitor for five and a half years.
