Sarah is an Associate in the Property Team at Saunders Robinson Brown.

She specialises in in all aspects of residential property which includes the sale and purchase of property, refinancing, residential subdivisions, earthquake claim related issues, property inspections, specialist reports and first home buyers. Sarah has experience in preparing and reviewing agreements, easements and land covenants and enjoys reviewing complex title issues for clients.  She works alongside clients throughout the process of buying and/or selling their property and assists with all general property law issues.

Sarah graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management. She joined Saunders Robinson Brown in September 2018 while she completed her studies and was admitted in June 2019 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
