SENIOR SOLICITOR/SENIOR LEGAL EXECUTIVE - TRUSTS & ESTATES TEAM

We have a newly created role within our Trust and Estates practice group which offers the chance to manage a varied and rewarding caseload focused on estates law and also assist with trusts work.

You'll join our City office team and key responsibilities include liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and other professionals; overseeing high level trust structuring, re-structuring and reviews; and advising on and drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys.
