Natasha McClure

She advises across the full spectrum of commercial, corporate and business-related matters including business sales and purchases, share sale and purchases, refinancing, leasing, and shareholder agreements. Natasha has sound commercial awareness and she strives to maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals.  

Natasha graduated from the University of Otago in 2015 with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology. Prior to joining SRB in July 2024 she worked at another Christchurch firm.

Notable experience

• Assisting and advising clients with all aspects of business sales and purchases, and share sales and purchases

• Advising clients on leasing, franchising, business and company structuring

• Advising clients with property acquisitions, completing due diligence and related financing
