Young Yoon

She advises clients on commercial property, leasing, business sale and purchases, share sale and purchases, refinancing, intellectual property protection and provides other commercial legal advice.

Young has worked at another organisation assisting with contract review and drafting, as well as patent drafting and patent and trademark registrations. She has also worked as an in-house solicitor for Summerset (an NZX50 company) assisting with matters relating to retirement villages and its regulatory frameworks, land acquisition and development, advocacy on both local council and government level and supply contracts.

Young graduated from the University of Otago in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics. She is a fluent speaker of Korean.

• Advising and assisting major retail landlords with all aspects of retail leasing and any business and company related matters which arise in the course of business.

• Advising suppliers in relation to distribution, supply and commission agreement.
