SRB April 2025 promotions

SRB is pleased to announce the promotion of two staff members in April.

Jess McCormick of the Property team has been promoted to Senior Associate; and Emma Morgan also of the Property team has been promoted to Senior Associate – Registered Legal Executive.

Jess McCormick, has been with the firm since 2020, specialising in property law, advising private clients and developers on a wide range of property and conveyancing matters that arise from buying and selling property.

Emma Morgan, is based in the firm’s Rangiora office, and has over 15 years’ experience in law. Emma works with private clients and developers in the sale and purchase of properties and general land law issues.

Managing Partner Jonathan Gillard congratulated the newly promoted team members “Well done to Jess and Emma on being promoted. You are both stand-out team members who the Partners and I are very proud of. Your achievements and progression have resulted from hard work and dedication”.

These promotions are effective 1 April 2025.
