SRB April promotions

In addition to the promotion of two senior associates, Rebecca Mao and Yoonha Park, to Partner (for more information click here), other SRB team members have also been promoted.

Paris Carpenter (of the Trusts and Estates team) and Jacob Young (of the Commercial team) have been promoted to Senior Solicitor. Rebecca Lawson (also of the Trusts and Estates team) has been promoted to Senior Registered Legal Executive.

Paris joined SRB in 2021 and specialises in trusts, estate planning, occupation rights agreements, wills and powers of attorney. Jacob joined SRB upon graduating in 2022 and assists with a wide range of commercial and property related matters including commercial leasing, property development and company financing.

Rebecca has been with SRB’s Trusts and Estates team for one year. In addition to preparing wills, powers of attorney and structuring of trusts, Rebecca also has considerable experience in the administration of estates.

SRB has also promoted Stephanie Whiteley to Legal Executive within the Property team (pending official signoff from NZILE), and Nikki Meehan to Trusts/Estates Administrator within the Trusts and Estates team.

Managing Partner Jonathan Gillard congratulated the newly promoted team members “Well done to all our staff being promoted. The Partners and I are very proud of your achievements and progression which has resulted from hard work and dedication”.

All promotions are effective 1 April 2024.
